Basic but decent apartment at a lovely location in the area of Barceloneta, just off the Paseo Joan de Borbon. Ideal for students sharing home.

Located in restaurants zone, next to the enchanting old port of Barcelona, called Port Vell. The apartment is comfortable and fits ideally couples or professionals or students living together.

There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and is located on the backside of the apartment. On the front side of the apartment, you will find another bedroom with two single beds. The third bedroom is located in the hallway that connects the kitchen and bathroom, located on the backside, with the rest of the apartment. This one is rather small

There is a TV in the apartment and through the wireless (WIFI) internet connection the apartment as you can stay in touch with your friends and family at home.

NOTE: Monthly rental. Apartment strictly and only available for stays over 32 nights.
Seasonal flat - Only for leisure, holiday or recreational purposes.

Remember that for monthly rental it is essential that we have a proof of the duration of stay, either for studies or medical treatment. Without proof of the duration of stay we can not make a contract and we can not rent the apartment.

The apartment has 2 little balconies (one in the bedroom and in the living room)

La Barceloneta is one of the most importante places in Barcelona.
It's at 5 minutes walking from the beach and from the city center. Also, the apartment it's a few metres from Ronda Litoral (acces from many highways from Barcelona)

Please take into account that the price excludes supplies. The supplies are approximately 250 eur per month (gas, water, electricity and internet). It will be charged separately.

The apartment doesn't include bed linens or towels for monthly rental.

Take into account ALWAYS ASK the period of time to inscribe in the city hall from Barcelona (there is a minimum stay for this)

The Barceloneta neighbourhood tends to offer small apartments only that makes this accommodation an exception to the rule. The 70 square meters the apartment has is quite unique. Anything larger is very hard (if not impossible) to find in this area that consists mainly of old fisherman's places. In this building there is an elevator.
